Midseason Premieres to Talk About

January 2nd, 2012 at 1:41 pm by under CW Star

I don’t know if the anticipation is killing you as much as it is me, but will the midseason premieres for the CW just start already?!?

The Vampire Diaries and The Secret Circle are the first to come back on-air with new content.  The midseason premiere for these cult followings takes place Thursday, January 5th at 8pm.  Nikita and Supernatural will be taking over the tube starting Friday, January 6th at 8pm.

Everyone’s favorite doctor, Zoe Hart, will be back in your living room when Hart of Dixie returns on Monday, January 23rd at 9pm.

One Tree Hill will start it’s ninth and final season Wednesday, January 11th at 8pm.

The Upper East Side Socialites of Gossip Girl will be back starting Monday, January 16th at 8pm.

The CW recently announced that they are pushing back the midseason returns of Ringer and 90210.  Hopefully this delay means the shows are coming back with even better plot twists and storylines.

90210  will be back January 17th at 8pm; this is a week later than previously scheduled.  90210 will serve as a lead-in to the CW’s new reality series, Remodeled.  Paul Fisher, a well-known name in the modeling industry, will revamp modeling agencies in the CW’s new show.

In case you miss Remodeled on the 17th, it will be on the 18th at 9pm and on the 20th at 9pm.  Remodeled’s second episode will air on Tuesday January 24th at 8pm and then go into its normal time-slot, Wednesdays at 9pm the following week.

We have to wait the longest for the midseason premiere of Ringer.  Ringer is now set to return Tuesday, January 31st at 9pm.

Some have been curious as to why the CW decided to push back the premieres of both Ringer and 90210.  It was to make room for two extra showing of their new show Remodeled.  The CW is banking on this reality series becoming a hit.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed that 2012 is another great year for CW shows!
