Gossip Girl returns tonight, Monday, January 16th after it’s midseason cliff hanger.  The episode opens 2 months from where we last saw the cast and it’s almost time to ring in the New Year.

We are able to view the aftermath of the car crash via character flashbacks.  In the beginning of the episode it is announced the Blair is ok, but we’re still unsure of the condition of her baby.  Chuck is still in critical condition, but SPOILER ALERT: Chuck lives!

Even though Blair ran away with Chuck, she still plans to wed Louis and is hunting for the perfect wedding dress.  She’s an Upper East Sider, so of course the dress has to be divine.

Every girl dreams of trying on a Vera Wang wedding dress and of course high society Blair Waldorf gets to do just that.  Vera Wang herself actually makes a cameo in this episode!

In the midseason premiere we find out that Blair is hiding something…but what? We’ll just have to keep watching to answer that question.

Also, Gossip Girl producers dish, “One of our characters is not in this episode that’s been in every single episode. And you’ll find out why.”

The suspense is killing me! You’ll just have to watch tonight at 8pm only on Dayton’s CW to find out what happens next.
