Just What You’re Looking For: July Events
The heat may be rising but that shouldn’t stop you from getting out and having a great time this summer. There are lots of activites going on this July and I’m going to give you a quick rundown of five events that you won’t want to miss!
Spaghetti Warehouse July 13th 7PM
Mayhem and Mystery Dinner Theatre is a chance for your family to solve a murder while dining at the delicious Spaghetti Warehouse.
“This summer The Glorious Mud Campground makes their last effort to stay in business, celebrating 125 years of camp. Camp Counselors share songs and stories and lead campers in camping fundamentals. But despite their marketing efforts, the low numbers spell doom. When a staff member is found dead, people flock to the camp ground to solve the crime. Has the Glorious Mud Campground sunk to a marketing ploy? Join Mayhem & Mystery to see.”

There will be a rocking Fuel concert at the Greene and the best part? It’s FREE!
“The band has sold over 3.5 million albums in the U.S. and scored a trio of top 5 singles, “Shimmer,” “Innocent” and “Hemorrhage (In My Hands”), the latter of which remained at 1 for 12 weeks. Come to Yellow Springs for a three-day celebration of the whimsical, colorful and electrifying!
Play at the Carnival…Interact with local artists…Join in the dance…Connect with nature…Delight your senses…Pursue a passion.
There will be belly dancing, interactive exhibits, and an opportunity to print on an old fashioned letterpress with antique wooden letters and metal die cuts from the 1880′s-1960′s.

Kids Fest is an event for the entire family!

Are you a fan of kids books? Are you a fan of Glee? If you answered yes, then this event is ideal for you!
Chris Colfer, also known as Kurt on the television show Glee will be introducing his children’s book, The Land of Stories.
The book is action-packed and combines the modern day with classic fairytales. It tells the tale of twins Alex and Conner who get pulled into a magical book and find themselves face to face with goblins, wolves, witches and more!
